What to include
A short, specific report is the fastest to act on:
- The tool or page you were using.
- Your browser and device.
- The steps that led to the problem, and what you expected instead.
- For factual content, a link to the official source.
Do not send sensitive files
Please do not attach passports, identity documents or other sensitive files. Describe the file instead, including its format and approximate size.
Channels
TangleOff does not publish a contact address yet. Rather than show an address that is not monitored, this page states plainly that no public channel exists at this time.
When a support channel is set up, it will be listed here. Nothing on this site should be read as offering a way to submit personal or sensitive information.
